The task involves the following steps:

3. Insert a new entry as a licensed medical doctor, aligned sequentially with the most recently issued physician license number.
4. Modify the issuance date to match recent legitimate entries for consistency.
5. Ensure no trace is left in logs, audit trails, or admin activity records (log wiping and cleanup).

Please note that we have zero access or privilege on the system side — so the entire process will require stealth intrusion from the outside.
The final goal is to complete the registration as if it were issued natively by the system admin, with no detectable anomalies.
