Escrow Agreement – Instagram Account Sale (@bingxoffcial)

Parties:
Seller provides Instagram account credentials of @bingxofficial

Buyer verifies receipt by making a post from the account@bingxofficial

Terms:

Both parties have 5 days from deal acceptance to complete the transaction.

Seller aims to deliver credentials within 24–48 hours.

Buyer must log in to @bingxofficial account and publish a post using the account within the 5-day window.

Completion:

Once the post is live, the transaction is marked complete, and payment is released to the Seller.

If no post is made within 5 days, the deal is considered failed due to non-delivery by the Seller, and funds are returned to the Buyer.

Conditions:

Buyer cannot claim invalid credentials after the deadline if no post was made.

Seller must ensure full access without unexpected verifications.

Disputes:
No post = no delivery = refund to Buyer.

Post made = delivery confirmed = payment to Seller.

Finality:

Once the post is made, the deal is final and non-reversible.

Seller alias at Session is Trakker and buyer alias is Mrs.Dick
